July 24, 2011 - We, the LWCC Reborn Youth, had celebrated our first year in the ministry God given us! We have experienced so much difficulties during the preparation but the enemy cannot hinder the presence of God from falling fresh on us! The multipurpose hall was filled with youth from different places here in Manila - most visitors were unbelievers who surrendered their lives to God that night. This is an incredible experience to all of us here in Reborn. Pastor Delia Dalby shared a strong message that night and the worship team led the worship with incredible passion. There are also special presentations and dance numbers from different departments of the youth. Everyone has felt the presence of the Lord. Everything was worth the hardship. Glory to God and happy 1st anniversary Reborn!

We have a regular youth fellowship every second and fourth Sunday, 4:00 PM, also including the fifth Sunday if ever there is. We have very exciting topics there. This is not the conventional youth fellowship most of us already knew, this fellowship is an actual "fellowship". That's right, we just don't speak and you listen, you also speak and we listen and then we and you minister at the same time, not to mention the eating fellowship at the end, oops, just kidding. Now here's a really cool testimony about angels singing with people in worship. Jason Upton is an American Christian singer, songwriter and musician and he even has his own record label Key of David Ministries. During a tour at a college auditorium, when singing the song Fly, there was these angelic voices singing with him very audibly while he was the only one singing (without the backup singers). The testimony is on the first video after the break, and the recording at the second one. And by the way, it is not Jason who is speaking on the testimony, I believe he is one of his team.

On September 26, 2009, Typhoon Ondoy brought a month's worth of rainfall to Metro Manila and nearby areas in just a few hours, causing severe flooding which resulted in the loss of many lives and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of people. Many people right now are in need of those helpful hands. All I saw in the news was devastating, many people returned "zero" to their homes and they even don't know how to start again. People are gathered at evacuation areas where they can stay temporarily but the food is so limited and thousands of people needs it.
I urge you Reborn youth for us to initiate a mission on helping those unforntunate brothers and sisters even on our own. Each one can donate clothing and food.
