Nearing Midnight (End of Times, Second Coming of Christ) [Updated]

Matthew 24:32-34

“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! 34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away."

The fig tree became tender and put forth leaves... -- May 14, 1948, when the United Nations recognized Israel as a nation.

Summer is near... -- The Rapture / Marriage of the Lamb to His Bride, the Church.

When you see all these things... -- The signs of the end-times.

This generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place -- The present generation, our generation!

How do I know we are this last generation?

Here's wisdom from the Spirit of God. I got this revelation not from the internet but from the leading of the Spirit.

 Psalm 90:10

The length of our days is seventy years

or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.

Why 70 years?

7 is God’s perfect number.

Israel’s Exile to Babylon was 70 years.

Israel’s Temple was Destroyed by Romans in 70 AD.

Israel’s Restoration as God’s chosen nation will be 70 years. From May 14, 1948 when Israel was born as a nation until May 14, 2011, the nation will be 63 years old.

The remaining 7 years will be for the 7-year tribulation period to complete God's time-plan for Israel's restoration. Tribulation is not only to pour down God's wrath on man's rebellion but to give Israel the chance to see their need for the true Messiah whom they rejected when He came to earth the first time.

With 2011 being the 63rd year of Israel, we have little time left to prepare for the Rapture of the Bride. I can almost hear the Watchman's midnight call, 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!' (Matthew 25:6)

Look, now is the 11th hour.  Can't you see, it's 2011! The bridegroom is 'seemingly' delayed. But He's coming at midnight -- when most people are fast asleep! He's coming like a thief in the night for those who don't watch and pray. But for those who watch and pray, although it will be at midnight, it will not come as a surprise. I'm not setting a date. I'm just saying 2011 is the 11th hour. It's nearing midnight!

2 Peter3:8 'But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.'

Why at midnight? It is because the Lord wants to extend His grace period up to the last minute of the remaining time to give His people the chance to get ready for His appearing. He doesn't want anyone to perish. You see, what a gracious and ever-patient God we have!

He is coming for those who love His appearing! He's coming for His Bride who is excited and full of longings to see Him. The Bridegroom wants a Bride who is eager to meet Him, and to be with Him forever! He is looking for the fire of the First Love. He is not coming for a lukewarm Bride.

2 Timothy 4:8

Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

Yes, it's almost midnight.  And He will not and cannot extend the grace period past midnight! As soon as God's clock strikes 12:00, the Watchman will sound the alarm -- whether we are ready or not.

Matthew 25:5 “Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. 6 But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.

Church, come out to meet Him! Come out from compromises. Come out from idolatry. Come out from lukewarmness. Come out from fleshly self. Come out from false teachings. Come out from the world! If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  Remember that friendship with the world is enmity with God.

I can see the stage being set for the wedding of the true King of kings and Lord of lords to His pure Bride! I can see a much glorious future ahead of us. Well, I have so many things to write to you but I have limited time to do so. The Spirit of God is revealing a lot these days.  In the last days, God will pour out His Spirit in greater measure. The glory of the latter rain is greater than the former rain. Hallelujah!  Right now, my heart is pounding! Oh, the culmination of the greatest story of the Ages is unraveling in our time. This is it! This is the last generation!

I can see the stage being set for the climax of the Plan of the Ages to unfold.  Woe to those who don't regard the Lord's warning signs! Woe to those who scoff! Whether they believe God's Word or not, God's Word will still prevail. Blessed are those who have hearing ears, seeing eyes, and yielded hearts.  If you have ears to hear, let them hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.

I can see the angels rejoicing to meet the Bride! I can see the blessed hope in the Bridegroom's eyes! I can see the end to all these earthly filth! I can see the coming of the new heaven and the new earth!

Can you see what I see?
